Use of Services
When you place an order, you are in agreement that the delivered research work is for the guidance and will not be submitted on ‘as it is’ basis. Thus, you have all the rights and opportunity to edit or change your order in any way you want.
Status Enquiry & Order ID
We assign you an order ID for every order for future references. For any queries and other communications during the processing of an order, you will need to use that Order ID for reference.
We are obliged to always provide you with original work apart from that we give you free revisions until you are satisfied with the quality of the work.
We will refund your order under the following situations;
- If we are unable to manage any of your papers, we might cancel your order and refund your entire payment.
- If we can’t produce quality work, you can ask for revision as the the first option and if there are any issues left unsolved, the refund shall be applied.
- If you are wrongly charged some extra payment, the extra amount will be refunded immediately.
Our work is always in 100% accordance with the specifications you give in the order from, so you must be careful when you give specifications in the order form.
If your order can’t be completed within the timeline given by you or set by us, we will notify you about it immediately so that both parties can mutually agree on a new deadline.
We deliver all the papers in an MS word format via an email within the set deadline. There are no shipping charges since we do not send any hard copy to clients.
Referencing Formats & Styles
The customers are asked to tell the referencing style in the order form if they have a particular one in mind. You must choose one before the order placement.
The customer reserves the complete ownership rights of all the ordered work.
